The lyra requires an aerial artist that is both strong and supple, firm and yet yielding. Through conditioning and investigation we will challenge and expand your vocabulary, clean-up your technique and have some fun.

Pre-Requisites: 
Must be able to invert alone. Hold on with knees alone
