For aerial students who are new to rope, or rope students looking to push their technique, we'll dive in to some of the things that make aerial rope a unique apparatus. Topics include using momentum efficiently, tracking wraps to find stability or mobility, and creating fluid movement transitions.
Pre-Requisites: Ability to climb and invert on rope.
Leah is an aerial coach at Westchester Circus Arts. She has trained and performed around the country and was most recently in Spain for the 6th annual aerial rope meeting.
